Equity/Private Equity
We invest in both publicly traded and privately held companies. Our publicly traded portfolio is highly diversified in industry, class, and geography. Our private equity investments are in traditional cash flowing business with strong, growth focused founders.
Real Estate
We acquire multi-family and commercial real estate. Our opportunistic strategy focuses on undervalued assets in special situations. We are actively expanding into affordable housing, tackling the affordability crisis effecting our cities.
Legal Financing
We offer late stage financing to established firms involved in mass tort litigation. We focus on cases with successful verdicts with delays in disbursements. This allows the plaintiff’s attorneys to avoid disruption funding their next cases while de-risking our investment.
